
Russellville Middle School won 42-0 on Saturday against visiting Hopkinsville North Drive with a great rushing attack.
According to Coach Toby Baptiste, Barrett Croslin ran hard, rushing for 65
yards on six carries/ Demarcus Hampton had 89 yards on 5 carries, Desmon
Quarles rushed for two touchdowns, DJ Hoosier and Dustin Morgan had a
great day rushing the ball with each scoring.
The wrecking crew defense rose to the occasion again, producing itd eighth
shutout of the season with outstanding performances by Quan Beard, Devon
Patterson, and Cory Wright. Christian Naylor returned a fumble 89 yards for
a touchdown to give the Panthers their last score.
RMS travels to Trigg County to play in the regional championship on Saturday
at 10:30 a.m. There will be a caravan following the bus to support the RMS
Panthers. A win this weekend sends the Panthers to state on the Oct. 31 in
Lexington..
"Come support you Panthers as they work hard to make a run to state,"
Baptiste says.
His assistants are Greg Meacham, Roger Daniel, Jimmy Taylor and Jason
Hendley.

Sixth Graders: Josh Bigbee, Truston Clayton, Brian Clinard, Chris Collier, Trey Matthews amd Jason Mitchell.
